Hi, my name is Lilly, I just turned 20 a week ago I am raising funds for my fur baby Indie whom I have had since I was 14.

Indie is a funny, sarcastic and playful dog who more commonly goes by the name "Rat Baby" for his little snout and his buck teeth that he uses to smile. I genuinely couldn't imagine going through life without him, he has been with me through some of the toughest times in my life, and I thank him every day.

Yesterday morning Indie was attacked by another dog, once I managed to get him free it was clear he was badly hurt.

When we took him to the vet we were informed it was much worse than expected, with everything from his kidney, bladder, pancreas, and a major blood vessel punctured, literally hanging on by a string needing major surgery. We were told he should not be alive! But Indie, being as tough as he is refuses to go out without a fight! He is still in very critical condition and is very much not out of the woods yet.

Unfortunatly I did have pet insurance for both my dogs just a month prior, but just due to losing my job and the cost of living, I had to cancel it.

I understand it is tough times for alot of people but am asking please, anything at all will help; every dollar will count or even if you could share will make a difference for his surgery and recovery. Thank you so much. Love, Lilly x
