Our target date is Mid to Late October, but the sooner the better! Those who know me as the Store Manager of Jacksonville Game Center may not know my back story with the store. My wife, Jennie and I were introduced to Magic the Gathering at the Jacksonville Game Center in 2014. We became instantly hooked on the game's story and mechanics. At that time, the Jacksonville Game Center was only a year old. The staff at the time exhibited an important attribute to me which was how important they made us feel, how welcoming the store felt, and the ease of talking and making friends with the other players. Two years after stepping foot in the store I found myself working here with huge plans to take the store to the next level for many different gaming communities in and around Jacksonville. I am personally involved in virtually every game we offer events for. We are not afraid to learn, teach, and promote new games. The time to help elevate your Jacksonville Game Center has come! Upon being hired, my plans have been striving to become the Owner of the Jacksonville Game Center. In order to do this, I am asking you the community to help us raise money to keep the store functioning without incident along with renovating your store. We have major plans to upgrade the store and to do so operating costs for a new owner are very important. A few of the things we want to do is update the game room, retail space, fixtures, and a general upgrade to the quality of life for you the players in the store. While at Jacksonville Game Center as a player / customer and the Store Manager I have come to know a lot of the community members personally and have learned that each and every one of you share my passion for gaming and the store. We all want to see Jacksonville Game Center grow and become the best it can be. With your help, we can grow Jacksonville Game Center into becoming the Gaming Destination in the Southeast. The current owner loves the ideas and plans that I have for the store, but wants to move in a different direction. Thank you for everything you do!
