I am writing this on behalf of the most amazing mother in law Sherry.

As some of you know Grandma Sherry will be having surgery Monday April 6th to remove a 3cm tumor on her heart valve.

Sherry is one of the hardest workers there is. She’s always putting everyone before herself and would give a stranger the shirt on her back.

Sherry is in her final year as a teacher associate after 26 years. She will be retiring this spring and has touched many many lives along the way.

She also has a part time job at Fareway and many of us know her as the “candy lady” and can always count on her for a smiling face and a piece of candy if you go through her line. Sherry also spends lots of time dog sitting for families and is the biggest animal lover. She’s a busy grandma with 3 grandkids and lives a very active and busy lifestyle always taking care of everyone.

Sherry will be out of work for at least 6-8 weeks. Bills won’t stop and I do not want her to worry about bills and money while recovering. That’s the last thing she needs to do when she has been there for SO many people throughout the years.

If you’re able to donate I know she would appreciate some weight off her shoulders. She can focus on healing so she can get back to all the things she loves.
