Carlos was a kind and loving person. He was such a special person to everyone that knew him. A week before Carlos passed, he lost his step Dad. We lost Carlos at the young age of 24. His mom and his sister are dealing with so much and we are asking for help in anyway possible to help them through this difficult time.
