Help Bandido Patrick

Patrick was injured back in August and has been off work since. He had just started a new job and did not have health insurance, short term disability, or long term disability yet. He has had to have surgery and other extremely expensive medical procedures. It has been determined that he will be off work for the foreseeable future.
