If you think you haven't seen true misery, now you have. ACO Smith picked up this little girl near Pte. Mouille where a lot of dogs are dumped. We are calling her Angel because we have no idea how she is still alive. We have had some emaciated dogs with Marco and Willow as being the worst two , there are now 3. She is nothing but bones. Currently (8:40pm)Angel is on her way to an ER VET. Ofc Smith waited and made herself available in case we had to end Angels pain we cut the hair off her eyes and saw eyes pleading for help then with the last of her strength Angel walked around the room. The expense will be great, IF she makes it. This is a young dog who will need a foster home if she can survive. We will keep you posted.

This is going to be as transparent as I can be.

Angel is at the vet she is being admitted over night. They are talking about $8,000. For care over the next few days. We do not have that amount of money. So we have asked for the required bloodwork tonight and fluids. We will call our veterinary partners tomorrow and see who can help us with her care. We are willing to work as hard as we can but reality is that this may cost more than we have.

The vet said she can see how much this dog wants to live, she is alert and her eyes are bright. She should be around 40lb she is 17lb. We think she is no older than 2. I am hoping that she has been lost and that an owner is looking for her but no matter what we will do our best.

They are now talking about blood transfusions with her being so anemic.

please pray for this sweet girl. She definitely has the will to live.
