Dear family, friends, and community,

We are reaching out to ask for your support for Richard, who was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Melanoma.

This diagnosis came unexpectedly and progressed very quickly. Doctors initially found cancer in his lymph nodes, and after further testing and scans, discovered multiple tumors in his brain. Richard will begin treatment with radiation therapy, followed by immunotherapy.

We remain hopeful that treatment will give Richard more time to do the things he loves most: watch his granddaughter grow, spend meaningful time with family and friends, enjoy golfing as long as possible, create more of his beautiful paintings, continue walks with his dog Flynn, and cheer on the Packers.

Donations will help cover medical treatments, travel expenses for care, specialized services, medications, daily living expenses, and any unforeseen costs that may arise during this journey.
