Save Xerxes

The Light of our lives Xerxes is going through a difficult time right now. Unknown to us of how he was poisoned, if he consumed something toxic or poisonous but it has affected him immensely. It has affected his appetite, he’s vomiting profusely, and he is in acute kidney crisis - comparable to End Stage Renal Failure. Xerxes is being hospitalized daily, and via catheter, push fluids and in an attempt to flush toxins out. This will need to happen daily with frequent lad checks to see if his kidneys are responding to treatment and his lab values are trending back towards normal range.

Without treatment, the prognosis is unfavorable and Xerxes will likely go into End Stage Kidney Failure and not make it. Xerxes is not just our loyal, loving dog , he truly is a part of our family. He’s a huge part of our pack. We would appreciate any support and prayers.
