Save Rene, Cancer Cost

Rene is my wife of over 8 years. She is 42 and has breast cancer. She needs your help to get the treatment to SAVE and GET HER LIFE BACK!!!  I am her husband Timothy Johnston and I am the one asking.

We have 7 children: 4 from my  previous marriage, 2 from her previous marriage and Atlanta that is ours. Three are still living in the house. Four are living on thier own. One is in Navy Special Forces, one is a Chef, one is still finding g herself and my oldest is in Human Resourses.

I spent over 28 years in the Army and Rene was a Respiratory Therapist until  her cancer made it impossible for her to work. Overnight we lost 2/3s of our income and her great benefits.

When I got back from Iraq I was diagnosed with a Tramatic Brain Injury and I can not take care of myself. Nor can I deal with money and have a difficult time with household duties. Rene has the job of taking care of me and she is really the only one I will allow to take care of me.

Rene was diagnosed back in June 2015 and did her best to keep up with everything but couldn't keep up so she hired help for Atlanta. She also got support around the house to include help with the dinner meal via the meal train.  I really could barely take care of myself but I tried hard. It is just very tough with my TBI coupled with PTSD - I JUST CAN NOT HANDLE MONEY OR ANYTHING ELSE WITHOUT IT TURNING OUT BAD.

Due to Rene's cancer we found ourselves  without medical insurance and other benefits. Due to this I felt so sorry my wife was just killing herself trying to keep up on everything and I was just no help. To be truthful when i tried to help it became worst. I contemplated many things, to include the unthinkable. I just really wanted to help. I do appreciate everything everyone has done but so far we just seem to be getting worse and worse and time is running out.

I watched my Mom and Sister die from cancer when I returned from Iraq. It was terrible. I know that Rene can beat this and it is a shame that it comes down to money. I know that is the way our world works. I need $10,000.00 immediately to catch up on our insurance premiums and co-pays. I need that within the next two days or I lose our insurance for a year before we can re-enroll. If I do not get this I will need so much more because we will be responsible for the whole amount of the surgery and  ... so you can see I'm in a terrible bind.

So I am begging anyone who will listen and has the means to help me and my family with my wife's cause! IT IS A LIFE AND DEATH MATTER!!! Just a dollar or five dollars or whatever you can afford will be wonderful.
