Thank you for donating to Buddy2buddy Outreach, a Non-profit organization created in memory of Buddy Jason Holt. Your donation will be used to provide assistance for the homeless and those recovering from addiction, including sponsorship for individuals needing funds to live in sober living facilities. A portion of your donated money may also be used to fund drug and alcohol prevention efforts, specifically aimed towards teen and pre-teen populations.
An initiative of Buddy2buddy Outreach is the Pay it Forward one buddy at a time campaign. Keychains and business cards in Buddy's honor remind us that even in the midst of challenges, struggles, and busy lives we can reach out to others to lift and strengthen. Buddy died on June 22nd, 2017 after a long and courageous battle with drug addiction which began when he was a teenager experimenting with drugs and alcohol. Buddy's strength, courage, and hope came from his relationship with his Savior, which he developed at Teen Challenge, by working the 12 steps of AA and with the support of family and friends. Buddy loved reaching out to encourage and bring hope to others he saw struggling - everyone was a friend. In his honor, his family wishes to continue his message of hope, love, service, and outreach. Thank you for your generous support.
"Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me." (Matthew 25:37-40)
