Two weeks before what should have been one of the proudest moments of his life—his high school graduation—Jey experienced an unimaginable loss: the passing of his beloved mother Tatiana Espada, known to those who loved her as Taty ❤️

Jey has faced this heartbreaking tragedy with a strength no teenager should ever have to summon for a second time. Jey also lost his father a few years ago.

As he prepares to walk across the graduation stage without his mother or father our hearts ache for him.

Taty was not only his biggest supporter—she was his world. Her sudden passing has left him not only emotionally devastated but also facing serious financial uncertainty. At a time when he should be planning for college or his next steps in life, Jey is instead navigating grief, loss, and the overwhelming question of “what now?”

This fundraiser is to help Jey start the next chapter of his life with some of the support and stability he suddenly lost. Every dollar will go directly toward giving Jey the fighting chance he deserves as he finds his way.
