Hi, my name is Nick Rose. Most of you know me as a tattooist here in London. I’m also currently enrolled at the Royal College of Art studying for my MA in Photography.

Currently I am working on a photographic project about Jewish life in Britain. As that project expands, my research has helped me to locate one of the most isolated and least known Jewish communities in the world. A few months ago I began communicating with members of this community and got tickets to go and photograph there in mid-April. This project has an urgency in being made, in that this endangered community is struggling to maintain its presence and unique culture.

Unfortunately, I had a couple unexpected financial expenses come up as I’m preparing to leave and spend time with this village. As a result of those expenses, I am very much on the brink of not being able to accomplish what I set out to do.

With the help of donations I am able to cover some expenses for film, processing, and transportation within this remote region.

In return for a donation I would be more than happy to extend my gratitude by offering 20% off any tattoo for either the individual who made the donation, a friend or family member.
