Jewelz Medical Fund for Life Saving

My name is Jewelz and I am 9 years young. I love to run and catch my frisbees and chase my squirell friends.  My mommy took me to the doggie doctor just the other day because my leg was hurting me. They took x-rays and gave me a diagnosis that said I needed knee surgery because of ligament tears and arthritis.  That scared me a little, but my mommy was there telling me it would be ok.   Then the doctor found a few lumps on me. He said they are very bad and could kill me.  He said  that these lumps need to be removed immediately because they looked to him like the worse kind of lump and that if they were what he suspected, they will grow and take me from my mommy quickly.  My mommy is my everything, and she has been trying everything to find the funds for this now very cruicial and time sensitive surgey that will remove these lumps and let everyone know if it is the bad kind of cancer or can be treated so I can stay here with mommy.
My surgery is scheduled for May 11th now.
Please help me and my mommy pay for this life saving surgery so I can continue to be the light in her life. I can even give you the name of my doggie doctor so you can give directly to them.  We are hoping and praying for a miracle donor or donors that will help us with this unexpected surgery cost, which includes anesthesia, the biopsy, IV's, antibiotics, and the actual removal of the tumors.   Thank you for any help you can give. 
Update: Surgery had to be rescheduled to give my mommy more time to raise more funds. I'm sorry this is so expensive, but I need this surgery, so she is going to do everything she can.  Thank you to those that donated.  Every little bit helps.
