On April 27, 2021, Jewel, Kyle, and Lilliana were in a roll over accident where the car rolled 5-7 times. Thankfully, Lilliana and Kyle were able to leave the hospital after being checked out and only having some scrapes and bruises. Jewel, however, wasn't so lucky. Jewel has a broken spine, 3 broken ribs, and a fractured shoulder. She is having surgery April 28th to repair her spine. She will have a long road of recovery ahead of her, and their family will need all the support they can get.

This has also been hard on all of her family because no one can visit her due to Covid restrictions.

Right now, we don't know how long Jewel will be spending in the hospital, or what is to come after being discharged.
