Our Litchfield, Rural Area, and Darwin community is heartbroken by the tragic passing of 11-year-old Jett Jones, who lost his life in a quad bike accident on Sunday the 2nd of November.

Jett was a cherished part of our local football family. He loved the game and even had his boots ready for next season. Whether he was holding strong in defence or bravely stepping up as goalie, Jett played with passion, courage, and a spirit that lifted everyone around him. He was the kind of teammate who made others feel valued, supported, and seen. His loss is felt deeply by all who knew him.

During this unimaginable time, we are rallying together to support Jett’s family. All funds raised will go directly to the Jones family to assist with funeral costs and any other expenses they face as they navigate this heartbreaking time. Our goal is to ease some of the financial burden so they can focus on grieving, healing, and honouring Jett’s memory.
