Hello Jets nation and everyone who is reading this My name is Michelle. I’m not only a diehard jet fan, but I am blessed to know Frankie and Sandra right now. They’re going through a hard time and I wanted to try to help them as much as they’ve helped so many others. They have been diehard jet fans for as long as anybody can remember and truly amazing people.

Frankie and Sandra need our help. Please see their story below.

Frankie and Sandras story

Ok so I have been contemplating doing this post because its extremely personal for Sandra and I but we have so many amazing Family and Friends that are supportive that we decided to take the chance and open up.

Sandra and I are in a very serious and stressful situation.

When Sandra's Dad passed away he had not yet been able to add her to the deed for the house. With that being said we have had to file Probate here in Orlando to get the house put into her name. There is no mortgage owed on thr house.

Her Father paid it off immediately after her Heart attack in March of 2024. He said he didn't want her to ever worry about where she lived.

In early 2022 we had to have a new roof and roof repairs done.

Her father financed it in his name for us because of his excellent credit. We have made every single payment from day one on time.

So now as the Probate case is moving through the system the roof company has made a claim towards the estate for the remaining $20k owed on the new roof and repairs.

We are not possible to pay a lump sum of 20k to the roofing company and now are facing the horrible possibility that the Court is going to force us to sell the house to satisfy the debt

This is an extremely frightening thing we are facing. As you all know Sandra is 100 % disabled and basically wheel chair ridden.

And I can't work because Sandra must have someone here caring for her 24/7. God forbid an emergency occurred like a fire or something someone must be here to get her out. Not to mention using the bathroom, cooking, ect.

Does ANYONE have any suggestions as to what we can do to get assistance??? Our lawyer is attempting to work out an arrangement with the roof company to allow us to continue to pay the debt off but they don't seem to be willing. It looks like the just want all the money immediately.

We are working with a Mortgage Free House and a 607 credit score??? We are getting desperate as our deadline is February 9th. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Please note negative comments as we are already stressed out enough.
