I am a brother with a family and friends at a loss for words. There is no guarantee of how much time we are meant to walk the earth, but in this case 25 years just felt too short. The time you spent with us was full of joy and excitement. It was truly never a dull moment with you around and your presence will be greatly missed.

To anyone that decides to donate, please know your donation is not taken for granted. Noel was truly an amazing person and anyone can attest to that. He did not deserve this fate, but we leave this situation in God’s hands.
