Queridos amigos y familia, Gracias a todos por todo el amor y el apoyo en este momento difícil. Escribo esto con gran pesar en nombre de mis hermanos y mi familia. Nuestro padre, José Jesús Estrada, alias "Chuy", alias "Pandita", está con nuestra familia y amigos en el cielo. Recientemente perdió su pierna a causa de la diabetes, las cosas habían estado mejorando. Acabamos de hablar sobre él yendo a México, viendo a su madre y visitando a todos sus amigos y familiares en Nayarit. ¡Lo pasamos muy bien riéndonos con él, mis hermanos y mi hermana durante sus últimos días! Su pierna estaba en camino y tenía planes de vida. Unos días más tarde, se registró voluntariamente en el hospital porque no se sentía bien y tenía algo de inflamación relacionada con la insuficiencia renal. Tuvo su primera insuficiencia cardíaca hace una semana y estaba en camino a la recuperación. ¡Finalmente se le dio luz verde para comer! Si conoces a mi papá, ¡sabes que a este hombre le ENCANTÓ su comida! Lamentablemente, el 14 de marzo sufrió 3 paros cardíacos en cuestión de horas y recibió soporte vital. Estos eventos hicieron que su corazón, riñones y pulmones fallaran. Será enterrado aquí en nuestra ciudad de Morgan Hill, donde llamó a casa la mayor parte de su vida adulta. Publicaremos los detalles tan pronto como lo hayamos confirmado. Estamos comenzando esta recaudación de fondos para apoyar la próxima celebración de la vida. ¡Gracias a todos los que pudieron visitarlo y apreciamos su apoyo durante este tiempo! La familia Estrada ~~~ Dear Friends and Family,   Thank you all for all the love and support in this difficult time. I write this with a heavy heart on behalf of my siblings and family.  Our dad, Jose Jesus Estrada, aka “Chuy” aka “Pandita” is with our family and friends in heaven.  He recently lost his leg to diabetes, things had been looking up. We just talked about him going to Mexico, seeing his mom and visiting all his friends and family in Nayarit.  We had a great time laughing with him, my brothers and sister during his last few great days! His leg was on the way and he had life plans A few days later he willingly checked himself in to the hospital because he wasn’t feeling well and had some swelling relating to his kidneys failing. He had his first heart failure a week ago and was on the road to recovery. He was finally given the green light to eat food! If you know my dad, you know this man LOVED his food! Unfortunately on 3/14 he suffered 3 cardiac arrests in a matter of hours and was put on life support. These events caused his heart, kidneys, and lungs to fail.  He will be laid to rest here in our town of Morgan Hill where he called home most of his adult life. We will post details as soon as we have confirmed. We are starting this fundraiser to support the upcoming life celebration.
