Jess’s CrossFit Challenge for Gorfenna Community

Hello I am Jess Cooper and I go to Gorfenna Community care farm twice a week. I love Gorfenna because it has lovely people and activities that I enjoy. I have been going there for many years and I would like to raise some money to go towards new equipment and activities.

On February 1st I will be completing my first CrossFit competition at CrossFit Kernow with my friend Gillian. This will be a number of work outs across the day and is a big challenge for me. I am feeling nervous and excited.
