Jessica is the mother of four boys: Ethan, Blake, Chase and Bodey. Her oldest son, Ethan Markus, died in June of 2012 at the age of 7 after a valiant battle with congenital heart disease. Her youngest son, Bodey, was diagnosed with congenital muscular dystrophy. He is almost 2 years old and does not walk or talk, yet. She is deeply thankful for the gifts that have come through while facing the chronic illnesses of two of her boys.
Jessica is a giver, a doer, a brilliant and passionate woman who selflessly betters the life of others. She is a true hero to so many. Jessica is the founder of the Ethan M. Lindberg Foundation. She is a writer, national speaker and advocate for children and families managing congenital heart disease. This November, she is shepherding Restoring a Woman’s Heart Retreat for women who have lost a child to chronic illness or disease.
So many have been touched by Jessica’s beautifully honest words over the years and would love to give back to her in some way. I know she would love to attend a yoga retreat in Sedona, AZ this October, which would be a restorative and uplifting respite from her everyday life. The retreat cost is $1900 and all funds raised go directly to Jessica to afford her the opportunity to give a little back to herself.

I can't thank you enough for taking the time to learn about my friend, Jessica. I know she would be deeply touched and beyond grateful.
"In mothering my 4 boys, I come alive and live into the purpose of my life. They are my teachers. I’ve learned to open my hands and surrender to what is. Not to what I wanted or hoped for. I can say without a doubt that I am in awe at the wonder of life." -Jessica Lindberg
