Jessie’s Cancer Diagnosis

Our much loved Jessie is facing the fight of her life. Jess and her fiancé Daniel were blessed with the news of expecting a baby boy last year. At 24 weeks pregnant, 27 year old Jessie’s life was turned upside down when she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. She has undergone gruelling cancer treatment all the while continuing to grow their perfect little boy. Jack was born in January 2023 at only 34 weeks gestation.

The cost of navigating this fight has already been huge for Jess and Daniel with many months of treatment for both Jess and medical bills for Jack to come. Jess and Daniel are being forced to travel for Jess to receive specialty treatment that is unavailable to them in the small country NSW town in which they live. Both travel and accommodation costs are taking their toll. In a mere number of weeks Jess will be forced to travel and be separated from her newborn baby and fiancé for 5+ weeks in order to continue her treatment.
