My sisters dog Jessie is currently at Cornell as the emergency vet couldn't exactly pinpoint what is wrong with her.  Long story short, she needs emergency surgery to drain fluid from her chest close to her heart. Anyone close to our family knows the full story. The cost of the emergency vet, the stay at Cornell, and the surgery will cost upwards near $8,000. As everyone knows, Jessie is my sisters baby and euthenisa is NOT an option. They need all the help and prayers they can get as it is a risky and expensive surgery. Anything will help, even $1.
