Jessica’s village

Jessica is a single mom with 2 children, one of which is special needs. She recently was admitted to the hospital with Guillain Barre Syndrom, she will be in the hospital for at least a week or maybe longer depending on how aggressive it is, as of right now it has affected her swallowing, walking, strength, talking and they are closely monitoring her for many other things. Once she is out of the hospital she will need rehab and therapies to bring her back (or as close as can be) to normal. This can take months. Unfortunately she does not qualify for short term disability and to be on long term she will have to be out for 3 months or longer, by then she will lose her home. I’m trying to raise enough to help cover her rent so when she is finally able to go home with her children, they will have a home to go to.  Wouldn’t it be great if she and her family could focus on her getting healthy rather than worrying about if they will have somewhere to live when she gets better? I would love to be able to bless them with just worrying about health during this time of hardships.
