Jessica's Journey: HEALTHCARE AND HOPE AND HOME
Donation protected
Hello FRIENDS,
I am Sue Ellen Gousset and I am asking for prayers and support for my daughter, Jessica and her family. She had been working for a large company for about a year and decided it was time to move to North MS to be closer to the corporate office. After being assured by the Director of her department that her job was safe, she depleted her savings to fund her move. Two months later, she had a wreck while driving home when it began storming and totaled her car. Shortly thereafter, she was laid off from her job. A couple of weeks later she slipped on a patch of black ice and fractured her elbow.
UPDATE: My Granddaughter was admitted into the hospital last night after taking an overdose of pills. In addition, to all of the issues the family is experiencing and the fact they are facing eviction today a family member who can afford to help them, refused. That was the last straw for Taylor.
To add to all of these problems, Jessica just received medical test results and is in the 2nd stage of renal failure and has three types of AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES.
Jessica has a 31-year-old son who lives with her, who has AUTISM and a 34-year-old daughter, who also has health issues. Her 24 year old daughter begans medical school in the fall. Their father, who was a retired UNITED AIR FORCE MARINE, died 8 years ago, leaving Jessica to support her family. She applied for Unemployment and Food Stamps, but was denied. She has appealed and has to appear for an appeal case which has taken two and a half months.
To add to their outstanding financial responsibilities, Taylor is in the ICU on a Ventilator, has had CT scans, medications… All things relating to OVERDOSE patients. When she is discharged she will go to Rehab for Depression, Anxiety, Suicide Prevention… There will be thousands of dollars I medical bills on top of what is owed presently.
Jessica has applied for no less than 50 positions and had a callback.
UPDATE: Jessica’s 1st interview went so well, she had a 2nd interview today. The interviewer was so impressed with her knowledge and interview skills she wants to offer Jessica the position and has scheduled the 3rd interview with the company owner. If she does well she begins work in one week. Hallelujah! God is GOOD!
Again, thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart. I can’t tell you how much it means to have received the donations we have received thus far. It doesn’t matter if it’s $5.00 dollars or $100.00 every little bit helps.
DONATIONS RECEIVED WILL BE APPLIED TO RENT AND MEDICAL BILLS, MRI’s, MEDICATIONS… Your donation could very likely make the difference between them being homeless, having food to eat, or being able to seek medical care.
I know there are people who are trying SCAM others daily, but we are not those people.
