My name is Jessica and I am 38 years old. I am a mother of 6 and grandmother of 2. I have Atrioventricular Nodal Reentrant Tachycardia, POTS, and Bicuspid Aortic Valve. I am currently waiting for surgery to take place on my heart to hopefully repair my heart. I had the ablation done in 2015 and it was unsuccessful, but this current doctor is confident he can fix it this time. There is a chance they will be placing a pacemaker in me as well.

I am asking for assistance to help cover some bills, gas, and wages lost. My husband is the only one working and will have to take time off to help take care of me and our young children.
