Domestic violence affects millions, both women and men, of every race, religion, culture and status.
On March 20, our family received heartbreaking news. Our sister Jessica Fuimaono passed away due to injuries sustained from domestic abuse - leaving behind 5 beautiful children: Marilyn (10), Risati (7), Raiden (6), Roman (5) and Mafo’e (1). She spent her life working hard to provide her kids the best life possible. There was no doubt she loved and cared for them unconditionally.
Our main priority is making sure that they continue to be well taken care of in her absence. The support we have received over the past few days has been overwhelming to say the least. Many of you have been asking how to help and this is our way forward.
The money we are raising will go directly to her children and her mother who will be taking care of them. The funds will cover anything from clothes, baby formula, diapers, school supplies, hospital appointments, etc.
