Our beautiful baby girl passed away suddenly on 25th October 2018. Jessica Lacey Duggan was 18 months old. 

We found that she wasn't breathing after a nap so 999 was called and they sent two ambulances which arrived within 5 mins then they called for an air ambulance as they needed more medical equipment and a doctor. 

All of the crews were amazing and they done all they could save our baby however sadly they couldn't.

The air ambulance service is all run by charity and due to the amazing care they gave our daughter,  we would like to raise money for them in the hope that the money will help others when needed. 

Any amount will really be apprenticed.
