Medical Bills for Jessica Gieg

My friend, Jessica, needs our help!
Jess has always been a wonderful friend, very kind, and would do anything for anyone. She has an incredible heart and is always so giving with her family and friends.
Jess recently fell down the stairs at home, injuring her back badly. This caused a compression burst fracture in her T-12 vertebrae and a concussion. She was admitted to the hospital for five days. There, they determined that she should wear a back brace for 8-10 weeks and she cannot drive for two months. She is currently visiting surgeons for further evaluation, as it is looking more like she will need back surgery.
During Jess's hospital stay, she also received the terrible news that her new job (which she had only been at for three days) was terminated. She currently has no job, and is trying to sort through her health insurance...as you can imagine, the medical bills have started to come in and will begin to pile up. With having no secure, steady income, it will be very challenging to take care of these bills, as well as day-to-day living expenses, and the additional health problems she continues to face on a daily basis.
Jess is on bed rest over the next few weeks and cannot do much for herself. In addition to financial help, Jess needs hands-on support for her daily activities. For those friends and family that live close by, please reach out. Please help spread the word for my friend Jess; she really needs our help.
Thank you so very much.
