We are Joanne Chrysler and Sarah Kelly, and it is with heavy hearts that we create this GoFundMe in memory of our dear friend and colleague, Jessica Palma, who passed away suddenly on January 29, 2026, at just 39 years old.

Jessica’s loss has left an ache that words barely touch. She was the kind of person who made every room brighter—warm, supportive, patient, and deeply compassionate. As a Branch Manager, she was a leader, a mentor, and a source of strength. As a friend, she was someone we depended on, laughed with, and admired. Her sudden passing has shaken everyone who knew and loved her.

But above all, Jessica was also a devoted wife to Fernando and mother to her two daughters,

• Chloe, 10,
They were her entire world. She spoke about them constantly—with pride, joy, and the kind of love that radiated through everything she did. Her biggest dream was to give them a future full of opportunity, stability, and hope.

In honour of Jessica’s legacy and in support of the family she cherished more than anything, we are raising funds to supportMia and Chloe’s education. This is something Jessica cared deeply about, and we want to ensure her girls continue to have the bright futures she worked so hard for.

In moments like this, we often feel helpless—but together, we can make a meaningful difference. Any amount, no matter how small, is a heartfelt contribution to Jessica’s memory and to the two young girls who loved her most.
