Hello, My Name Is Jessica (Jess for short)In January 2025 I had a Heart Attack and Stayed in the Hospital. In February i Had more Palpatations and I was Rushed By Ambulance the 2nd Time. I also Have Vertigo and Taking New Meds To help with It.
