Jessica Natal Montero lives in Barceloneta, PR with her Father and Aunt, and is suffering from cerebral palsy, seizures, severe bone pains, and from numerous, painful open bed sores throughout her body.

After hurricane Maria, their humble, wooden home endured damages that have yet to be repaired.  Water intrusion damaged their stove, refrigerator, and kitchen cabinets. The roof still leaks and the debris still left around the house causes a termite and fire ant problem.

Jessica also needs medical supplies such as adult diapers (size MED), bandages, gauze, baby shampoo, wipes, etc. Any help for this family will be greatly appreciated.
