This fund has been started by Jessica Milligan’s immediate family to help offset some the medical expenses from an unfortunate motor vehicle accident. Jessica sustained severe injuries including but not limited to 3 broken vertebrae in her neck. She had to be air lifted from St. Thomas to Miami - Jackson Memorial Hospital and we incurred costs of $30,000. Unfortunately those costs were not covered by insurance. There is a long road to recovery ahead including more surgeries and rehabilitation.

if you know Jessica then you know who she is. There would be no hesitation in giving the shirt off her back to any stranger in need. She was, and will continue to be a beacon of light and inspiration to anyone she encounters.
