Jessica Letuli was first diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer on her 30th birthday in 2016 - just a few days after Christmas. She spent the entire next year fighting for her life and after a long and hard fought battle, she defeated cancer. Following her recovery, she entered nursing school as a cancer survivor at the young age of 31. Now, just two short years later, she is battling breast cancer for a second time - just four short months away from graduating nursing school.
Jessica currently works in the Neurological ICU as a nurse extern - working tirelessly on a daily basis to save lives. Before their current careers, Jessica and her husband, Tony also served our country in the U.S. Navy and Army, respectively throughout their 20's.
Jessica and Tony have always dreamed of one day having a child together despite the obstacle of cancer. After talking to the fertility specialist and being told that she would not be able to have children of her own due to the upcoming chemotherapy treatments, she was given the opportunity to freeze her eggs.
This GoFundMe was specifically created to help Jessica and her husband pay for the freezing of her eggs so that her and her husband can one day have the child that they always wanted. Any leftover funds will go towards her surgery and chemotherapy treatments over the course of the next year.
Help us give the Letuli family one less worry during the holiday season as they go through the unimaginable for a second time.
Jessica is one of the kindest hearted, caring, loving, and resilient people. She is an extremely hard worker and her chosen career of nursing proves just that. We need your help to give Jessica and her family the opportunity of parenthood that they both deserve. Please keep them in your prayers and remember that any donation amount helps.
