Jessica Khan Recovery Fund
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Amy Scott and I am fundraising for my dear friend, Jessica Khan, and her family. Many of you already know the Khans, and that Jessica was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer in 2019. After her diagnosis, she endured 19 rounds of chemo and then radiation, and saw a significant reduction in tumor size. For the last 1 1/2 years, Jessica's cancer has been in remission and she has been able to resume a busy life with her Husband and 4 children.
Recently, Jessica learned that her cancer is growing again. As a result, she will need extensive colorectal surgery, scheduled at the beginning of March. Jessica's capable medical providers at City of Hope have created a treatment plan suitable for her needs. She is in the best hands. After recovering from surgery, she will resume chemotherapy.
Her recovery will be long and difficult, but Jessica is strong and she has the support of her medical team, family, and community.
I would like to raise funds to cover the Khan’s remaining deductible. Any additional funds will go toward travel, home, and childcare expenses. Your contribution is very much appreciated. Please consider sending an encouraging word, thought, or prayer for Jessica and her family.
