Jessica Holder, 31 years old, is a loving mother. Her and her husband John have seven beautiful children between them. Jessica and John are a very hard working, young couple, and are diligently involved with their family. They are steadfast in caring for their children, doing their best to guide them through their youth, and through this hardship. Keeping them on the straight and narrow while providing for them in today's world which alone speaks volumes as every mother and father knows.

Life often throws you curve balls but, every now and again the very ground that has always been beneath your feet, life can rip it right out from under you. Last month Jessica noticed a concerning mass on her chest and went to the doctor to find out she had stage 3 breast cancer. Needless to say, this put her out of work for a while. Her husband John has always worked but as time goes on the necessity for both parents to hold full time jobs to support the family has become common place in today’s society. Being a devoted Mother Jessica’s first thoughts and concerns were for her children; Delilah 6 years old, Blake 7, Skarlet 8, Abel 9, Nattilie 10, Wyatt 11, John 13.

If this was not enough hardship for the family life can be magnificent but can also be merciless. The month after Jessica’s diagnosis her mother Janet Hill was also diagnosed with breast cancer just weeks after Jessica's own diagnosis. Timing can be brutal, and Jessica’s Mothers own diagnosis caused her to have to take time out to overcome the cancer and all the complications. The strain of 2 breast cancer diagnoses, Daughter and Mother, has drastically affected the ability of Jessica’s immediate family to cover the financial strain and provide all the aid that Jessica and her family need.

We are raising funds for groceries and utilities and other household expenses so that Jessica may rest, heal from surgery, a double mastectomy, and not have to worry so much about the kids during time of incredible challenge that has been set before her.
