Jessica Gavin

Meadowlane Public School and Forest Heights have suffered a tragic loss at the beginning of this school year. Jessica Gavin (32)  was a DECE at Meadowlane public school and the ever present friendly face to greet the kindergarteners each morning.  Tragically on Sunday evening Jessica was killed in an unfortunate car accident. Jessica leaves behind a young son and a mourning family. Jessica was an incredibly committed teacher who loved her job.   She had a vested interest in every child she taught.  She went above and beyond for her students and their families and was honestly one of the kindest people you will ever know. At this time we are asking for donations to support the Gavin family through this difficult time. There will be funeral costs and support required for the family moving forward.  Meadowlane mourns the loss of this incredible and beautiful soul.
