Jessica Creedon End of Life Support

I am seeking the support of our community.  My name is Carrie Stallings, and I am a close friend of Marcy Harding-Oster.

Many of you know and love our Marcy, and many of you know and love her eldest daughter, Jessica. 

On Friday evening, 1/25/2024, Jessica was found unresponsive due to cardiac arrest initiated by fentanyl, which was given to her by an unknown individual. 

Jessica is currently on life support and in a local hospital. 

Today, Sunday, 1/28/2024, Marcy was informed by medical staff after testing that her child has irreversible brain death and is unable to function or breathe on her own and is officially deceased.

Jessica will be removed from life support this week.

Marcy and her other children will begin the rigorous process of end of life responsibilities and greiving. 

Marcy will need to take time off of work. She is 1 month shy of partial paid FMLA. She is currently able to take 1 month UNPAID to process this unexpected and life altering tragedy.

Jessica was a bright child and adult, earning straight A's and honor roll through elementary, junior high, and high school. 

Jessica excelled at everything she put her mind to. From track to volleyball and dance. She was described as a respectful and pleasant child by her friend's parents and was quite popular in high school.

 She loved everything that had to do with the water, ocean, and beaches and aspired to be a Marine Biologist.

Marcy said that Jessica always challenged herself....to run faster, jump higher, and push herself to be better and better. 

Prayers of love and light to Jessica in her journey from this earth, and prayers to her family as they say goodbye to their beautiful girl.
