This GoFundMe page is to support Jessica Bravo, our friend and employee, who was involved in a serious car accident the first week of November.  Jessica has suffered a severe spinal fracture very close to the spinal cord.  Jessica is a single mother of two-year-old Ella, who was also in the accident.  Due to the nature of the injury, Jessica and Ella are unable to return to their home because they live in a second-floor apartment.  Therefore, Jessica is dependent upon others to care for Ella during her recovery.  Jessica has temporarily moved in with family farther away from her home and Ella's daycare.  Family and friends are alternating their schedules to help care for Jessica and Ella who had to relocate to a new, more costly daycare closer to where they are currently staying.

Jessica is full of tenacity and always boosting the morale of others.  She leaves Post-it Notes of encouragement on her co-workers desks before she leaves the office each day.  Jessica is a caring person and a devoted friend and mother who is always extending a helping hand to others.

Please thoughtfully consider making a donation to assist with Jessica's medical and living expenses for her and Ella while she is not able to work.  She has been with GrandManors for four months and does not have available PTO or disability coverage.  It can now be our turn to extend that same helping hand of support and encouragement to Jessica and Ella.
