Jessi Reed Rabers Fearless Fight (And her kiddos!)

My sister-in-law Jessi Reed Raber has been battling cancer for many years. She was diagnosed with breast cancer the week of her 40th birthday, in 2017. Jessi went on to have a double mastectomy, chemo, radiation, and fought like hell until she was finally in remission. We thought we could take a deep breath, but we were wrong...her battle had only just begun :(

Two years later her cancer was back. They call it metastatic breast cancer. The cancer had spread throughout her body. It had eaten through her hips and parts of her spine. It had spread to her cheek bones and skull, causing Jessi an unsurmountable amount of pain daily. She was in the hospital for a month trying to fight for her life! She had to undergo invasive surgeries and learn to walk again and eventually had a hip replacement! Jessi is a warrior!

After Jessis scare, she moved home, to Delhi, to be closer to family. You would never know it...because Jessi looks fine and she always has a positive attitude, but she has suffered in constant pain for a long time. Jessi is a warrior!

For a time, the cancer was being kept at bay, but then we received word that the cancer had once again spread...this time to her brain, her liver and possibly her cerebral spinal fluid.

Jessis next steps were to find a doctor in NYC who aligned with her wholistic approach. Dr Grace has helped keep her with us and we had such a special summer together! But now it is almost Jessis time to leave this earth. This angel is about to fly.

Jessi is leaving behind hundreds of friends who loved her dearly, a huge family, her husband Dave, her daughters Althea and Beatrice and her son Silas.

Jessi is already THOUSANDS of dollars in medical debt! The last medicine she was prescribed was over $12,500 per month! It is insane how much money people with this disease have to pay, even after all their pain and suffering!
