Jesse’s Surgery Fund: Phalloplasty Phase 3

Hi! My name is Jesse Diamond. I’m a nonbinary transgender man. In 2019 & 2020, I was able to receive phase 1 & 2 of phalloplasty because I was on the Oregon state healthcare plan (Medicaid). From 2018-2020, I had to restrict my income to under $17,000 per year. Being able to afford all the necessary costs of living became too big of a challenge, so I switched to an insurance plan that wouldn’t restrict my income. Now, I’m on a Kaiser Silver 94 HMO plan. The deductible is $1,400 and out of pocket max is $2,850. I’ll be unable to work for 2 months after surgery. My rent at the Vantaggio Suites is $970 per month. And I estimated that I’ll need at least $1,500 for post-op recovery to pay my caretakers, my bills, and cover the cost of food. I’ve been dreaming about this surgery and what life will be like afterwards for so many years. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
