Jesse's kidney transplant expenses

Hi! Jesse was diagnosed with end stage renal failure last December. He has battled IGA Nephropathy for the past 10 years. He is now 21 and we received the call that he has a living donor and will undergo kidney transplant surgery on Dec. 28 th in Pittsburgh. Jesse and myself will be unable to work during recovery and there will be expenses for travel and insurance co-pays, etc. we wanted to do a traditional fundraiser but we were blessed with this gift quickly. Any help is deeply appreciated.
