Hi, I’m Jesse but most people know me as Lil Poly. In August 2022, a family dispute turned violent. After calling my father out during an argument, he attacked me punching me until I lost consciousness. That moment changed my life forever. I woke up legally blind.

Since then, I’ve lost everything my home, my job, and my independence. I've been staying with my aunt, but I only have a couple more weeks before I’m back on the streets. Finding work that accommodates my disability has been nearly impossible, and I haven’t been able to begin the disability process due to lack of insurance and required documents.

I’m raising funds for two crucial reasons:

To undergo a surgery that could restore my vision (estimated at $18,000)

To secure safe housing and transportation so I can rebuild my life
