I am raising money to get a vertical sleeve gastronomy aka weight loss surgery in mexico. I've been told by 4 doctors now, loose significant weight or dont see 10 years from now. I've tried so many different diets, but none have worked long term. I am going to change my life, my habits, and all facits of my life and food. I want to live. I want to walk my daughters down the isle, I want to see my grandchildren.  At 515lbs, I'm on a path to a casket and I dont want that. Please help me raise this amount to give me a bright future with my wife, children and my family and friends.
