Jesse Swan - Veteran Funeral Expenses

I am a SFC Edwin Ramos (Ret). I am assisting the family of a fellow veteran who served with me during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His life was taken from him too early - too soon. It was a shock to us all. In order to give him the send-off he deserves as a defender to our nation, we need to gather the appropriate funds to cover the required expenses that will not be covered by the Veterans Administration. Jesse is leaving a son behind. His son was his whole world. We would like to convey what a great man his dad was to show his son he was not only a warrior but a great friend. When Jess was ordered to go to war, he did not make excuses. He did not try to get off from deploying. He accepted his assignment like a man, like a soldier, and like a citizen of the United States. It is now our duty as fellow citizens, veterans, and/or service people to help a fellow brother with a dignified service.
