It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we share the unexpected passing of Jesse A. Sullivan—a beloved husband, son, father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend—who left this world far too soon on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at the age of 48. This GoFundMe was created by loved ones on behalf of Jesse to raise funds to help cover funeral and memorial expenses.

Jesse was deeply loved by his wife, family, and friends. Born and raised in Prince William County, Jesse was a graduate of Woodbridge High School and a United States Air Force veteran, where he served as a firefighter in Kuwait. For over two decades, Jesse worked as an elevator mechanic with Otis as a member of IUEC Local 10.

He was a loyal friend with a vibrant personality that would light up any room with his adventurous spirit, contagious laugh, warm smile, unforgettable sense of humor and heart. An avid animal lover, Jesse’s home was full of furry companions. He enjoyed fishing, boating, and bowling, often surrounded by the people he loved most.

Jesse faced an internal struggle that ultimately took him too soon. His fight will not be forgotten. His sudden passing has left an enormous hole in the hearts of many. Jesse is survived by his loving wife Jennifer, daughters Cristyn and Alyssa, his parents, siblings, cousins, extended family, and countless friends whose lives he touched.

We are raising funds to help give Jesse the respectful farewell he deserves. The cost of funeral arrangements can be overwhelming—especially during a time when the focus should be on healing.
