Jesse was hurt during drill back in June, however the paperwork is still being worked and he has yet to receive any if the INCAP pay. For the past 5 months he has been living off of his savings which is slowly dwindling. He is the father of two children and as the holidays approach, it is uncertain when he will receive his money. Any amount will greatly help him and his family.
