Jesse Long is one of the kindest, most authentic, and big hearted people I’ve ever met. Anyone who has had the pleasure of knowing him, would whole heartedly say the same thing without hesitation. Jesse very unexpectedly found out about a large tumor on his brain recently. The tumor has been removed through surgery, and in true Jesse Long form he is doing amazing through his recovery process. That man is tough as nails. He was advised to do radiation treatments in hopes that the tumor does not grow back, and is currently a few states away from his family receiving 6 weeks of treatments now. Four days after finding out about Jesse’s brain tumor, his wife Amye, found out she was pregnant with their third child. Jesse has not been released to work since finding out about his medical news, and Amye is currently now the sole provider of their growing household. Their family is so strong and determined, and they deserve help from people who love and support them, even if they are too stubborn to ask for it themselves. Even though Jesse’s health journey has been so successful this far, he still has a ways to go. And though nothing beats the fact that he is still here with us, that doesn’t mean his battle isn’t over yet. Please pray that this radiation process goes by quickly for him and his family who aren’t able to be with him during it, due to his wife having to stay home to work and tend to their children. Be in prayer for Amye as well. We know that this is a tough battle for Jesse, but Amye is also going through a lot in her own right too. If you cannot donate, I completely understand.
