On Monday night, near midnight, Jesse's wife, Val, woke to a nightmare.   Jesse,  who was an otherwise healthy young man, collapsed while playing video games with his 82nd Airborne comrades. 

After only a few minutes, Valerie rushed to her husband's side to begin CPR.  Unfortunately neither her efforts, nor the efforts of emergency services were able to bring Jesse back and he was pronounced deceased on their living room floor while their children slept upstairs. 

Jesse was young and a former Army Medic who believed himself invincible and that nothing like this could happen to him.  With that logic, he never purchased life insurance.   

Now, as the community comes together to provide some comfort and meals, the funeral expenses are mounting.  

You never think that these situations will affect your life, until it does and it is devastating.  If you can give a thousand dollars or five, all assistance is greatly appreciated and desperately needed.
