Jesse Bynum

Gun violence took another beautiful and innocent life on April 12, 2022.

When people speak of Jesse Bynum, they call him gentle, loyal, funny, thoughtful, and understanding. Recently, he has been called a hero by community members and the police.

Our son, brother, uncle, cousin, friend, and neighbor Jesse was shot and killed due to taking a bullet while trying to protect his girlfriend's life.

Jesse was a young adult, just 21 years old when he lost his life. And like most young adults, he was still figuring out how to use his gifts to add to our world. Jesse held a passion for music and fashion. He would bubble over with excitement whenever he could share his crafts with others.

The world lost a mighty spirit and all the fantastic contributions he would have made to our society.

As many can imagine, losing Jesse has left his family in shock and deep morning at this time; the family asks that you keep them in prayer.
