Jesse Beaner’s Button Business recently earned a position in the top 10 with Kelowna’s Innovation Generation Challenge. This challenge is for grade 7 to 12 students to create innovative business ideas, create a company and pitch ideas to the business community. I am ecstatic about being in the top 10.
Now, in stage 5 of this challenge, I need to create this funding campaign to progress to stage 6........ and I need you more than ever!
As a way to expand Jesse Beaner’s Button Business, I would like to offer our button machines and punches for rent. I also have a number of new product ideas like water-proof dog tags and children’s alphabet sets in the works.
Various size machines, punches and supplies are needed for the expansion, so I am looking to raise $1,600. And if I actually surpass the $1,600 goal, I will invest in additional equipment sizes for both rentals and new product lines.
The Innovation Generation Challenge semi-finals take place May 25th, 2017 and my ultimate wish would be to meet my fundraising goal by this time.
Jesse Beaner's Button Business has been a big supporter of many charitable organizations since 2013 and truly believes in paying it forward .
So here is YOUR challenge:
For every $150 Jesse Beaner’s Button Business raises, we will donate 150 buttons to local charities who have applied on behalf of their organizations.
Thank you for your consideration. I am truly grateful for the opportunity Innovation Generation Challenge has provided me and all the great people who have supported me along the way.
